- Nomination Phase
Eligibility: Individuals, teams, institutions, and organizations demonstrating outstanding contributions in research, innovation, leadership, or social impact are eligible.
Nomination Submission: Nominations may be submitted by self, peers, academic institutions, or industry organizations via the online form.

The ITLA committee conducts an initial screening to ensure that all submitted nominations meet the eligibility criteria and are complete. Shortlisted entries are forwarded to the Selection Committee for detailed evaluation. The selection committee comprises of advisory chair, Program chair, Technical Program chair and Organizing Chair of EAMCON 2025. - Evaluation Criteria

The expert review panel comprises of advisory chair, Program chair, Technical Program chair and Organizing Chair of EAMCON 2025. Each nomination is scored against a rubric to ensure fairness and objectivity. - Final Selection
Scores and feedback are consolidated, and top-scoring candidates in each category are selected for awards.
In cases of ties or special circumstances, the organizing committee may recommend Honorary Mentions or Special Jury Awards. - Announcement and Recognition
Winners are formally announced during the ITLA Award Ceremony, held in conjunction with the EAMCON 2025 at Melaka, Malaysia. Awards include a Trophy, Certificate of Excellence, and media coverage. - Post-Award Engagement
Awardees may be invited to contribute keynote talks, workshops, or collaborative research discussions.
Opportunities for involvement in mentoring, editorial boards, and future conference panels are extended to laureates
- Each applicant would be required to fill in a self-nomination form and send it to us by 1st October, 2025.
- The nominees in each category will be presented to the final jury for determination of winners.
- Any organization/individual from education/allied sector can apply. Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories. In such case, for each category separate form has to be filled and applied as given below.
- Information received will be treated confidential and not used for any purpose except for determining the winner of the awards.
- Incomplete questionnaire in any manner will disqualify a participant from participating in the awards.
- Right to permit participation is reserved with the Awards management.
- The registered shortlisted candidate list with their photo and brief profile will be put on our EAMCON 2025 website under award section after 20 October.
