Title of the Talk :
Message-Driven AI Agents in eCommerce: Orchestrating Intelligence, Personalization, and Decision-Making at Scale
Abstract of the Talk:
As intelligent systems become increasingly modular and autonomous, eCommerce is evolving into a highly distributed, message-driven ecosystem. In this keynote, Mr. Deepak Kole explores how AI agents, connected through real-time messaging infrastructures, are reshaping the future of commerce by leveraging engineering-scale data analytics to personalize, optimize, and automate decision-making across platforms.
From dynamic pricing to fulfillment coordination and fraud detection, modern commerce systems depend on real-time event streams—powered by Kafka, Redis Streams, and similar technologies—to enable autonomous agents to analyze, reason, and collaborate. These agents ingest live data, make decisions using embedded analytics, and coordinate their actions through structured, traceable messaging flows.
The session highlights how data analytics serves as the cognitive layer for these agentic systems—fueling personalization engines, product discovery, inventory intelligence, and recommendation orchestration. Through real-world case examples, Mr. Kole demonstrates how messaging-based multi-agent architectures are transforming the way commerce is not only managed, but experienced.
This keynote provides a strategic blueprint for the next generation of eCommerce systems—where analytics, messaging, and agent-based intelligence come together to create systems that are responsive, collaborative, and self-improving.
