Much of today’s “explainable AI” focuses on transparency, but transparency alone doesn’t drive action. This keynote repositions the conversation from explainability to actionability and alignment. How can we design predictive systems that not only explain outcomes but directly align with stakeholder goals, incentives, and constraints especially in high-stakes domains like HR compensation, retention, and financial forecasting? Drawing from decision theory and enterprise AI deployments, we’ll explore how to build contextualized, user-aligned AI systems that generate actionable insights at every level from CHRO dashboards to real-time treasury bots. The future of analytics isn’t just explainable, it’s responsibly aligned with business impact.
